Services will be impacted on Sunday, causing significant delays and restrictions on long-distance and local trains.
Tickets for 12th January can be used any time from Saturday 11th January up until Tuesday 14th January.

If your train is cancelled or rescheduled and you choose not to travel, you can contact our Customer Service team to request a refund. Please note that this must be done no later than 28 days after the expiry date of the ticket.
Refundable tickets can be cancelled through "Your Bookings" but will be subject to normal fare conditions.
How can I see if my train is affected?
Please check the National Rail website and search for your itinerary on the main page. Any cancelled or disrupted services will be indicated in the results. We recommend that you check back regularly before you travel.
Please be aware if your train is still running it might be busier than usual because of the reduced service.
