Due to a national strike on 10th June, regional and long-distance train services may be disrupted from the evening of 9 June until the morning of 11 June 2026.
- Check before you travel: You can search for your train on the SNCF website here. Any cancelled or disrupted services will be indicated in the results.
- Plan ahead: Kindly allow extra time for your journey and consider alternative routes or modes of transport.

If your TGV or Intercités train is cancelled, please contact our Customer Service team to claim your refund.
If you have a ticket for a TER train and it is cancelled, you will need to submit a claim with SNCF here.
Refundable tickets can be cancelled, subject to normal fare conditions, through the Your Bookings page.
