If your train is affected, please contact our Customer Service team to request a refund or exchange.
Refundable tickets can be cancelled, subject to normal fare conditions, through the Your Bookings page.
How can I see if my train is affected?
You can search for your train using the NS/SNCB International Journey Planner. Any cancelled or disrupted services will be indicated in the results. We recommend that you check back regularly before you travel.
Please be aware if your train is still running, it might be busier than usual because of the reduced service.
