Services will not be guaranteed from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

If your scheduled service has been cancelled due to the disruption, you can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before departure via the Your Bookings page.
After this time, refunds will not be available, according to the ticket conditions.
