Due to a national rail strike from 21:18 PM on 7th September to 21:00 PM on 8th September 2026, train services operated by FS Group, Trenitalia, Trenitalia Tper, and Trenord may be cancelled or subject to timetable changes.
Please note that minimum transport services are guaranteed during the time slots 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM and 18:00 PM to 21:00 PM.

- Plan ahead: Kindly allow extra time for your journey and consider alternative routes or modes of transport.

If your train is cancelled, please complete the relevant online form with Trenitalia to request a refund.
- Regional, Frecce and IC Trains: Please submit this online form in order to claim a refund.
- Trenord: Please submit this form no later than 48 hours after departure.
How can I see if my train is affected?
You can search for your train on this page of the Trenitalia website by entering your train number or departure station. Any cancelled or disrupted services will be indicated in the results. We recommend checking back regularly before you travel.
Please be aware that if your train is still running, it might be busier than usual because of the reduced service.
