Due to the unavailability of rolling stock compatible with the different infrastructure systems along the entire route, there will be no direct train service between Berlin and Paris.
The daily service will run only between Paris and Frankfurt.
If you already have a ticket for a station that is no longer served by the direct train, your ticket will remain valid.
- When travelling from Berlin towards Paris, you can use any train between Berlin and Frankfurt to connect with your originally booked train in Frankfurt.
- When travelling from Paris towards Berlin, you can use any train between Frankfurt and Berlin after arriving in Frankfurt.
- Check before you travel: You can search for your train on the SNCF website here. Any cancelled or disrupted services will be indicated in the results.
- Plan ahead: Kindly allow extra time for your journey and consider alternative routes or modes of transport.

Refundable tickets can be cancelled, subject to normal fare conditions, through the Your Bookings page.
