
GoBus tickets can be altered directly on the website of the travel company up until 48 hours before departure. Where applicable however, it may simply be easier and faster to cancel your existing reservation and make a replacement booking.
Life is chaotic and we understand that sometimes plans change. Should you need to cancel your trip, GoBus tickets are refundable up until 48 hours prior to departure. To cancel, simply visit your bookings page and make the cancellation yourself.
Unfortunately accidents can happen, and unexpected delays and cancellations do sometimes occur. For all delays and complaints regarding GoBus services, you can request compensation from the travel company directly by completing the form available here.
During the booking process, mobile tickets are indicated by a special icon. When necessary, printing instructions are provided in your booking confirmation email.
GoBus comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and are proud to provide accessible services to all of their passengers. Assistance should be requested at least 48 hours before departure by contacting the travel company directly. Passengers that require assistance during a rest stop (including retrieving a mobility device, operating the lift, etc.) should ask the bus operator and they will be happy to oblige.
You are allowed to travel with one carry-on bag and one small, personal item on-board. Carry-on bags must fit under the seat or in the overhead luggage racks provided so as not to inconvenience your fellow passengers. In addition, you are allowed to store up to two two suitcases or other large pieces of luggage in the hold of the bus. These items should not exceed a maximum weight of 50 lbs (22kg) otherwise you may be required to load them into the hold yourself.
GoBus do not allow pets on their services, with the exception of an ADA service animal. A service animal is classified as any guide dog, signal dog, or other animal specifically trained to perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability. This includes persons with impaired vision, impaired hearing or those who require assistance moving or fetching items. Emotional support animals are not considered service animals under the ADA.
Yes! However this service is subject to availability and hold-space cannot be reserved in advance.
