I want to cancel my booking

Whilst not all Deutsche Bahn tickets are refundable, you can easily check your options by looking at the fare types below:

Sparpreis & Sparpreis Europa tickets can be refunded up until the day before departure, subject to a €10 administration fee. The refund will be issued as a voucher that can be used on Deutsche Bahn's website. After your scheduled date of departure the ticket becomes non-refundable.

Flexpreis tickets can be cancelled for free of charge up until the day before departure, and for a €19 fee after this time.

Super Sparpreis tickets cannot be cancelled.
