If your booking failed during checkout, you may see a pending charge in your bank account. In most cases, this is a temporary authorisation used to reserve the funds needed to complete your booking.
If the booking is unsuccessful, the funds are automatically released and no payment is taken. Depending on your bank, it may take some time for the pending charge to disappear from your account.
Before making another booking, please check whether your original booking was successful. If you have an Omio account, you can check the Your Bookings page. If you do not have an account, please wait 30–45 minutes and check your inbox and spam folder for a booking confirmation email.
If you are concerned about a pending charge, we recommend contacting your bank for more information.
