A booking error message may appear if there is a temporary connection issue while completing your reservation. In some cases, the booking may still be processed, so we recommend checking before making another booking.
You can verify your booking status in the Your Bookings page if you have an Omio account. Alternatively, wait 30–45 minutes and check your inbox and spam folder for a booking confirmation.
