Due to adverse weather conditions, several incidents have occurred, causing disruptions to rail services on multiple lines:
- Beira Baixa Line – circulation suspended between Entroncamento and Castelo Branco.
- Beira Alta Line – Intercidades service operating between Coimbra and Guarda using UTE.
- Northern Line – Regional services operating between Entroncamento and Soure and between Tomar and Castanheira do Ribatejo.
- Northern Line – due to flooding in Alfarelos, Long-Distance services are suspended.
- Lisbon Urban Services – circulation suspended between Alverca and Castanheira do Ribatejo.
- Cascais Line – circulation between Algés and Oeiras operating on a single track.
- Coimbra Urban Services – circulation suspended.
- Douro Line – between Régua and Pocinho.
- Oeste Line.
- Southern Line – between Ermidas do Sado and Grândola, with road replacement transport for long-distance services.
If your train is cancelled due to the disruption, please get in touch with our Customer Service team within 10 days to request a refund.
Refundable tickets can be cancelled, subject to normal fare conditions, through the Your Bookings page.
