Sometimes a booking may take a bit longer to confirm. This can happen when the travel company needs additional time to finalise your reservation.
Once the travel company confirms your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email. Most bookings are confirmed within a few hours, although processing times may vary depending on the travel company.
If your booking cannot be confirmed, it will be automatically cancelled and any payment taken will be fully refunded.
