If you’d like to delete your account, you can easily do this directly through the Omio app:

1. Open the app and go to 'Passenger Details'.
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
3. Tap on ‘Delete my Account’.
4. Follow the steps shown on screen to complete the process.

To reset your Omio account password:

1. Select 'Sign in' from the Omio home page.
2. Select 'I forgot my password.'
3. Enter the email address connected to your account.
4. Check your email inbox for further instructions.
