When you complete a booking for multiple passengers, Omio automatically assigns seats as close together as possible. If you and your travel companions are separated or were not seated according to your booking preferences, it is most likely due to limited seating availability.
If you did not receive your preferred seats — don’t worry. In our experience, the majority of passengers are happy to switch seats if you ask politely.
Some travel companies allow seating reservations to be changed. Please contact our Customer Service team to check if this is a possibility with the travel company you will be travelling with.
