    Ticket changes are only available for exchangeable fares. Before you confirm, you can see the available travel options and any applicable fees.

    Full details about your ticket validity and fare conditions are available in your confirmation email or in the Omio app.

  • How can I cancel my ticket?

    You can cancel tickets online via the Your Bookings page.

    Before confirming your ticket cancellation, you’ll see the full refund amount, including any cancellation fees.

    Online ticket cancellation is only possible if you booked a refundable fare or added Omio Flex, as confirmed in your confirmation email.

  • Can I change my seat reservation?

    Seats are automatically assigned for group bookings based on the best available seating. If your group is seated separately, this is usually due to limited seat availability.

    The option to change your seat reservation depends on the travel company. Please contact our Customer Service team to see if this is available for your journey.

  • Can I change the name, passport or ID number on my ticket?

    Passenger details on your ticket, including your name, passport number, or ID information, are automatically generated from the information entered during the booking process. Unfortunately, we can't change this information after the booking is completed.

    Minor spelling mistakes are often accepted, but this depends on the travel company’s policy. As a search and booking platform, we cannot guarantee that tickets with incorrect names, passport details, or ID information will be valid for travel.

    To confirm whether your ticket is still valid, we recommend contacting the travel company listed on your ticket.
