  • I lost my bag, help!

    If you have lost your bag, luggage, or another personal item during your journey, check with the lost and found office at the station or airport as soon as possible.

    If you have already left the station or airport, contact the travel company directly through their website or lost and found service.

    Please note that recovered items are usually held for up to 28 days, after which they may be disposed of or transferred elsewhere.
